Welcome to your new career as a real estate broker. As a 17-year veteran in real estate and your instructor, I will share with you my experience, stories, background, successes, and mistakes I've seen of both students and peers. Learn how technology has transformed the industry and how to use it to your advantage. You'll leave this class with the best available understanding of the concepts to pass your real estate license requirements, plus a look at the ethics necessary to positively impact your career.

A little bit about me: Troyer Real Estate School was founded by my grandfather, Robert (Bob) Troyer in 1980 as the premier real estate school in the Fort Wayne area. Bob's philosophy was to provide classes taught by the absolute best instructors and reinforced with the best materials to give students the best possible educational experience. I was a student of this school, just like you, in 2003. After getting my real estate license, I joined the school as an instructor in 2004. Since this time, I’ve also advanced my career as a real estate broker and appraiser. In 2020, I took ownership of the school to carry on Bob's legacy of training realtors with a highly ethical and admirable approach to real estate.

Success in the real estate arena demands that you are fundamentally prepared and then seasoned with experience. We take your preparation very seriously, and we're proud of our passing rates. The majority of our students experience a smooth transition into the real estate industry, primed to seek out the experience that will help them flourish. And the formula works — most of our new students come from referrals.

Thank you for your interest in our classes at TRES, and I look forward to providing guidance as you start your career in real estate.
